Barbara Wiggins Designs

Yesterday I went to see Barbara Wiggins at her studio in Brockley. Barbara designs beautifully soft leather goods including journals, passport covers and satchels.
There were SO many gorgeous pieces, and they looked great en mass, arranged in their groups.
I bought another cream photo album to match my current one, and a 'stand out from the crowd' silver and dark gold journal.

Tunisia

I've just got back from a relaxing week in Tunisia. It was primarily a beach holiday but we did go on a trip to Tunis the capital, and the picturesque hill top village of Sidi Bou Saïd, where the houses, by government ruling can only be painted in blue and white.

Heads Held High

Also at 'Craft Central Gets Hitched' I got chatting to the lovely lady from Hatastic! who creates beautifully individual head pieces from bits and pieces you might not usually associate with millinery. I even bought one for myself, no idea when I'll wear it, but it was too sweet to miss out on.
Hatastic! also hold fascinator workshops, perfect for your hen party, click here to see when the next one is.

Charmed I'm sure

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with Emma and Kate of E+K Charms at their stand at the bijoux wedding fair 'Craft Central Gets Hitched'.
Their charms are the perfect wedding accompaniment: using electro forming they encase a memento from your wedding or honeymoon in silver or gold. The possibilities are almost endless: a leaf from your bouquet, the plectrum from your fiancée's guitar, or a shell from your travels.
They're all utterly beautiful, and most importantly unique to you and the memory of the big day.
They'd also make perfect presents for your Bridesmaids, now there's an idea...

More from the fair later
